Our remote location causes purchasing
issues and the menu is limited, but delicious. We serve a variety of Western and Thai dishes,
including some local jungle specialities such as fern leaf salad, makwan herb chicken
and deep fried bamboo worms (they're tasty — better than French fries and full of protein)!
The pork shoulder with french fries, coriander sauce and pickled vegetables is a must.
Vegetarian diners are also happily catered for.
We make our own bread and desserts, and use as much produce as possible from our own organic vegetable garden,
or from nearby Royal Projects. Given our isolated location, wine lovers are encouraged to bring their own,
but we do have a small selection.
